Today we’re going soft and pretty with a classic bridal makeup look, it’s all soft and shimmery with dewy skin and sophisticated taupe eyes. I think this may just be a look I’ll be trying out myself for the many summer events I’m attending.
Here’s Dani with the how-to….

{step one}  Buff foundation into skin (Illamasqua skin base – real techniques stippling brush) then conceal under eyes and blemishes (mac select cover up) and set with a pressed translucent powder (mac prep and prime, translucent finishing power – pressed).
Prime the eye lid (mac prep and prime light) and then with a Mac 217 use a dusky pink shimmery eye shadow(Urban Decay – Toasted – Naked palette) all over the lid and in the socket.
{step two}  Using a mac 217 brush and a darker pinky shadow (Urban decay – Hustle) shade in the socket to create a shadow. Then using a liner brush and a black gel liner (mac 209 brush – mac Fluid line – black tracks)  put in a thin line on the upper lashes to give them more thickness.
{step three}  Using a very pale pink shadow (Urban decay – Sin – Naked palette) put into the inner corners of the eye and on your brow bone to create a highlight.
Using the darker shade shadow (hustle) put that along the lower lashes lightly.
Add on a pair of false lashes) these lashes are perfect for a bride, light and feathery and not too heavy!  Then whip our mascara wand over the top and bottom lashes.  Groom brows with a brown eye shadow (mac brown down) and an angle brush (mac 208).
{to finish}  Apply a pale pink blush (mac – well dressed) on the apples of the cheeks.  Use a lip liner in a pinky natural shade (MAC – Soar) and fill in completely, not just the outline. This will help the gloss last longer.  Finally a streak of pink gloss (Bobbi brown) pushed over the top of liner will make your lips shimmer and sparkle.
